Krech, O’Brien, Mueller & Associates developed the space and facilities plan for multiple buildings assembling business projections out six years to assess needs, to stage for facilities changes and to position for business success.  The team interviewed executive and operating unit heads to develop the seven year space and facilities plan to assist this pharmaceutical, printing, packaging and manufacturing facility to move toward the consolidation of facilities.
