This 14,000 square foot shop includes a wash bay and equipment storage.  The remaining space houses administrative and sales offices, break room, lockers, restroom, and showers.  S&S Tree Trimming and Horticultural Services stores and maintains their own turf maintenance equipment, spray equipment, trucks for hauling logs and branches, chippers and stump removers.  They also process their own tree chipping into landscape mulch on site.  The brown field site has bio storm water retention.  The exterior of the truck bay is colored decorative concrete block and the administrative include insulated wood beam construction with log veneer in and out.
