Our structural engineering department worked closely with architect Ron Buelow to integrate the park concept with historic Lowertown Saint Paul.  The park is surrounded by turn of the century warehouse buildings composed primarily of stone, brick and glass, bringing particular attention to the use of historic metals and details in the design.  The structure serves as an open shelter, an outdoor dining area, and a performance space.
