Krech, O’Brien, Mueller and Associates were the structural engineers for North Dale Community Center along with designer Ronald Buelow.  The center has become the new gathering place for a long established neighborhood in Saint Paul.  The design provides for the community spaces on the upper street level and recreation spaces on the lower level that open to the play fields.  Green design was incorporated with recycled content materials, extensive daylighting and reuse of massive wood beams from the previous structure.
