Gopher Resource Corporation's main business is the recycling of spent batteries and other lead bearing materials. This facility contains the campany's new corporate offices, lunch room, training facilities, men's and women's locker rooms (both clean and dirty), medical areas, and laundry.

Krech, O'Brien, Mueller & Associates has worked on two previous projects with the company and was approached for this project because of our programming skills and design abilities. They were looking for a professional high tech environment, but also fun and uplifting for people working in the spaces. The design required the ability for open dialogue between desks as well as privacy. We designed sliding glass panels between the engineer's cubicles as well as sliding doors. The colors used were refined from the company logo, carried from the outer shell to the interior finishes. Many of the company's recycled products were used in the construction of the interior spaces.
