Originally built in 1986 the building at 6115 Cahill houses the architectural, structural and interior design staff of Krech, O’Brien, Mueller & Associates as well as two additional tenants.  The building was expanded in 1999 adding space to the design studio, reception and adding the exterior balcony.  The space is open and airy with skylights and operable windows which maximize air flow and natural light.  The simultaneous interior remodel optimized space usage and created efficient, productive, multiple-use work spaces with a fun yet professional aesthetic that says a lot about who we are.
