The design team for this 22,000 square foot, four million dollar facility developed innovative systems to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public, the staff, and the animals in this “green” building.  Resolving the issues of flow and function, zoning, laminar air flow ventilation, disease control, materials durability, and staff operations procedures has made this facility one of the most successful in the country.
