Cottage Grove is an excellent example of how to start a practice on a very modest budget.  The doctors leased an old 3,000 square foot PDQ store, gutted the inside, re-used the terrazzo flooring, cooler drains, HVAC units and store room.  They purchased the cabinets from a ‘flat-pac’ dealer and installed them on nights and weekend.  The furniture is modest and functional.  The practice is very successful and has grown nicely over the past nine years.
