The Anderson Builders / KOM&A team was selected by the City of Savage to develop two parcels of city-owned land. The topography and shape of the parcels presented quite a challenge to the designers.

Anderson aggressively marketed the property and obtained high quality tenants for their buildings. Primrose Daycare was recently completed as Phase One on the south site. Phase Two, shown above, is a 10,000sf office building which will house multiple tenants. Davita is nearing move-in, and others are in the planning stage.
